Holiday planner 2023 (DE, CH, AT)
I made an Excel template for planning holidays between colleagues.
The template is not suitable for planning holidays with the colleagues together, but for checking who is available or not in the department.

How does it work?
Working with the template is very easy.
You just have to:
- Go to the "Dateneingabe" (you guessed it: it means data input)
- Insert the info of your colleagues and their holiday desires
- Select your country and region under "Feiertage".
- And the sheet "Urlaubsplan" will get all the work done!
⚠️ The worksheet "Urlaubsplan" is actually for visualisation (and it not intended for manipulation)
The national holidays are as well integrated in the template. You can choose one of the available countries (Germany - DE , Switzerland - CH or Austria -AT) and the national holidays will be calculated automatically.
If you want to deactivate the weekends or the national holidays just remove the "x" (sheet "Urlaubsplan"):
And voilá:
